From August to September this year, our company organized three special training sessions to invite professional teachers to teach at the company.

　　1. ESDS20.20 Internal Auditor Training;

　　2. IE seven major techniques training;

　　3. IPD training for integrated product development.

　　The trainees involved front-line managers, production and manufacturing, quality management, lean technology reform, R&D, sales, and company leadership. The total number of trainees was 186.
