In order to improve the quality of products, improve the welding skills of soldering staff, and activate the atmosphere of soldering posts on site, Jiangbei Institute has launched the soldering skills competition, which is the fifth time.

　　The competition is divided into two categories according to the difficulty of soldering, one for category A, one for category A, one for category B, three for category I, five for category II, nine for category III and ten for category excellence. The competition lasted for a month, involving 113 employees.

　　Competition referees include colleagues from departments such as Health Management Department, Lean Group, Quality Department and Biotechnology Department. Each referee supervises the whole process of the competition according to the competition rules. The judges judge the results of the competition according to the principles of fairness and impartiality, synthesizing the two criteria of quality and quantity. Each contestant actively participated in the skill competition, compared with the spirit and level of competition, and finally awarded prizes to 30 winners selected according to the scheme. This activity has been successfully supported and cooperated by various departments.
