On January 18, 2017, Huayang Group held the award-winning conference of "New Product Project Achievement", "Lean Management and Technological Reform Project" in 2016. Our company has achieved good results and won four first prizes, one second prize and one third prize of "Lean Management and Technological Reform Project". Here, I would like to express my heartfelt congratulations to the winners and thank all those who actively participated in the Lean Technological Reform activities. My colleagues, thank you for your hard work.

　　The company has officially started Lean Technology Reform since 2008. It has been eight years since the implementation of Lean Technology Reform. The promotion of a large number of improvement projects has effectively reduced the company's operating costs and made an important contribution to the company's survival and sustainable development. At present, our company is in a critical period of business transformation and upgrading, and needs to optimize and reengineer the process, standardize on-site operations, and be versatile. Systematic and sustained improvements have been made in the aspects of manual training, flexible personnel allocation, intelligent manufacturing and informatization to promote continuous success in product innovation, process innovation and management innovation.

　　Innovation and change are the motive force for survival and development, and the mainstream of today's society. Everyone and every organization can't stay out of it. Innovation and change are not accomplished overnight. It is a Nirvana journey that never ends. It requires us to pay sweat and tears, devote wisdom and passion, actively deal with the cold winter of manufacturing industry, and strive to achieve the transformation and upgrading of various businesses. The more difficult the situation is, the more we can inspire our fighting spirit. We firmly believe that under the correct leadership of the company, through the concerted efforts of the whole company, no less than anyone else's efforts, facing problems directly, innovating boldly, actively seeking and implementing breakthrough improvements in the crisis, and maximizing the realization of open source and saving expenditure, we will be able to overcome one.
