On December 22, 2016, in the conference room of the General Conference of the Company, the General Branch Committee of the CPC Xinhua Essence Machine Co., Ltd. convened all the Party members in the company to hold a Party congress.

　　At the meeting, all the Party members first reviewed the affidavit of joining the Party in front of the Party flag, and then gave warm applause to the new comrades who joined the organization and welcomed him to join our team.

　　At the Party meeting, all the members of the Party conscientiously studied the three documents and rules of "Some Guidelines on Political Life within the Party under the New Situation", "Regulations on Supervision within the Party of the Communist Party of China", "Regulations on Collection, Use and Management of Party Fees of the Communist Party of China". We should further strengthen each Party member's understanding of the Party spirit, strengthen self-restraint, regularly check his words and deeds against the Party Constitution, consciously abide by the Party's rules of political life and honesty and self-discipline, strengthen the cultivation of Party spirit, cultivate moral sentiment and maintain the political nature of the Communists.

　　At the meeting, we also discussed the issue of setting up demonstration posts for Party members in the company. "Start from me, look at me in line with me, supervise me" is our starting point. Based on our own position, we aim to give full play to the leading, demonstrating and radiating role of Party members. Finally, we decided to carry out the "demonstration Posts for Party members" creation activities with the theme of "highlighting identity, building image and playing a prominent role". After the meeting, the first batch of Party members for demonstration posts will be selected by the form of individual voluntary application.

　　At the end of the meeting, we discussed the work plan of the Party Group for the new year. All Party members actively contribute their opinions and suggestions. Combining with the actual situation, we initially determined that we should organize Party members'activities regularly, such as condolences to colleagues who are in difficulty in the company, volunteering in homes for the aged, donating books and clothes and other meaningful collective activities, so as to make Party members and organizations more closely linked, help each other and make common progress, so as to make Xinhua Party members and Party organizations better their glorious mission in the new year.
